We serve
We specifically target changemakers, community workers and activists suffering from compassion fatigue and burnout - and those approaching these states. We care for the carers, providing creative wellbeing programs, time out and resources to stay well and happy in body and mind.
Our Track Record
We have been working in East London, serving the
local community for over 20 years and have extensive
experience working with hard-to-reach groups.
Our founder Anna (Tish) Robinson won three community awards
during the pandemic and the ”Take Back Your Life” course she co-developed was a finalist in the 2023 "Innovations in Mindfulness" awards
The Need
"The existing paid and voluntary workforce is having to work harder and longer, further creating downward pressure on retention rates.
More than half (52%) of charity employers currently experiencing recruitment difficulties said that their employees are working longer hours.
And of those with hard-to-fill vacancies, seven in ten (70%) said that the workload of their existing staff had increased as a result.
As a consequence, around one in four (24%) said that stress, burnout, and overly large workloads were a cause of retention problems - with this figure rising to over a third (34%) of larger charities.

Mindfulness, creative health, lifestyle medicine, therapies, coaching and complementary therapies have all been shown to reduce depression and anxiety and help restore work life balance.
Additionally, peer-support communities can alleviate the isolation and stress often experienced with burnout.
